Canadian clients: Once your order has been completed by our small production team, it will ship via standard courier to the nearest depot or to the provided address. Where possible we will have a designated courier deliver orders to the address provided. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
American clients: Once your order has been completed by our small production team, it will ship via standard courier delivery to the nearest depot or to the provided address. You are responsible for all import duties and other charges for international shipments. Check with your customs office to learn about additional costs before placing your order.

Each TABITHA + CO™ bag or purse is made to order from limited distressed leather. While minor imperfections in leather, colour variances and workmanship are to be expected from a product made by hand from natural materials, we want you to be satisfied with your bag.
* We do not offer refunds.
Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged. Please ensure spelling is correct for monogrammed pieces.
* On occasion, as a case-by-case basis an exchange might be considered for undamaged, unused item(s) in the same design style purchased, in an alternate available colour in stock at the time of exchange, shipped back within 7 days of receipt. The item(s) must be unworn, in the original condition it was received, including packaging.
To have the design style in a different colour considered for exchange, please email [email protected] for authorization prior to shipping and include photos of the gifted 'Leather Goods'. We are not responsible for exchange shipping costs, please track the package to ensure that your 'Leather Goods' make it back to us safely, as we are not responsible for the items lost or damaged in the mail or by courier. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and the item might not be considered for exchange.

Please track to ensure that your bag/purse makes it back to us, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.

Please email [email protected], let us know what happened and send us pictures. If the issue stemmed from craftsmanship (not normal wear and tear, see 'Repairs' for this area of support) we will repair or replace free of charge - ship the 'Leather Goods' to us, and we will ensure that it is taken care of.
