How to care for the brass findings?
To ensure proper care of our sold brass findings, it's important to avoid moisture or anything acidic, such as wine or other like substances. Moisture can be irrevocable, and the nemesis of brass.
Please ensure a proper cleaning, and drying routine, this is non-negotiable. After cleaning or polishing, use a soft, dry cloth to eliminate any lingering moisture. This also ensures that your brass remains in it's best state of vibrance. Polishing the brass with some baking soda or a product such as 'Jewellers Rouge' to revive the natural brass finish is recommended. Always test a small area first to ensure the best outcome, and be mindful of any abrasive cleaning products, especially against the leather.

How to remove a stain from a leather design style?
Some natural leather can be susceptible to soiling and staining. Less is more! First rule is do no harm. Simply, blot the stain immediately with a dry rag to absorb all moisture. Avoid rubbing the leather and spreading the liquid. A dry white cloth will suffice in most cases. If that doesn’t do the trick, add a little mild dish soap. We do not advise the use of harsh chemicals on your leather accessories. Visit the company Product Care website page to learn more.
why are the bags unlined?
We do not line our bags for a few reasons:
- It demonstrates that the bag is made entirely of leather.
- The bags are easier to treat and repair.
- Some raw leather design styles last longer without lining.
- Over time, some fabric linings might show wear and need a refresh/repair.

Lower volume of making also ensures high-quality finished products. For this reason, each design style utilizes the same finished hardware of solid brass and a timeless colour palette of premium grade leather. With this approach, it is not cost effective currently to carry various styles and finishes in hardware, various leather colours and/or finishes.
